Processing Time

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During new drops, restocks, or sales, processing times may be slightly extended—but we always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.


Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer flat-rate or promotional shipping—keep an eye out!


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Local Pickup & Delivery

We’re so happy to offer options for our local community 

  • Local Pickup or Delivery: Available at checkout

Orders are ready within 1–3 business days. Once ready, we will contact you to coordinate a convenient pickup or delivery time.

Please ensure your contact information at checkout is accurate.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Hip Mountain Mama is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, it is in their care.

Hip Mountain Mama is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Packages marked as “Delivered” but not received

If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need help, we’re always happy to assist however we can.
