Returns
We accept returns for store credit or refunds within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags must be attached

Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or any scent
Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose between:

Store credit (issued via email)

Exchanges
Need a different size? We’ve got you!
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, based on availability.
To be eligible for an exchange:

Items must be unworn (besides trying on), unwashed, and in original condition

All tags must be attached

Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or any scent
If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose:

Store credit

Refund to original payment method
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

Sale or discounted items

Accessories (including jewelry, hats, bags)

Intimates or bodysuits

Seasonal/limited release items

Bath & body products (including lotions, oils, lip balms, bath salts, and similar items) due to hygiene and safety reasons
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Oh no—that’s on us!
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@hipmountainmama.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Processing Time
Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your item.
Refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.
