Directions
Topical: Apply 2−4 drops to desired area to promote feelings of relaxation and tranquility. Apply generously on wrists, back of neck, shoulders, or bottoms of feet. Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily. Recommended for children over 2. Dilution not required, except for the most sensitive skin.
