☀️ Sit in a comfortable position either cross legged or feet flat on the floor or lie down. Close your eyes and take some deep cleansing breaths. Focus your internal eye to your solar plexus area and imagine a yellow ball of light there. With each inhale imagine that ball getting bigger and with each exhale imagine the light spreading to your entire body. Do this for several breaths focusing only on the light filling your entire being. Imagine this light filling you with confidence and self love. As you come to the end of your meditation imagine the light getting smaller and residing in your solar plexus area. Know that you have this light inside of you any time you need to tap into it. You are amazing. You are enough. Shine on! ✨ .
