Shipping Info:
All in stock items are shipped within 1-5 business days. Most packages will ship within 24 hours via USPS, but occasionally there will be delays. USPS delivery typically takes from 2-5 business days. In most cases, we will e-mail you with a tracking number once your order ships.
*If your item has been tracked to your mailbox, but you haven't received it, check with your neighbors or the post office. Unfortunately I cannot replace lost or stolen packages.
**If you provide me with the wrong address and your package is sent back to Hip Mountain Mama Headquarters, you will be charged an additional shipping fee to resend the package to the correct address. Please double check when entering your shipping information. 
Return Policy:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Returns may only be made on unwashed and unworn product in new condition.
- Bargain bin items may only be returned for store credit.
- Any item that comes back to us in used condition or with a strong odor will not be accepted.
-Please indicate on the packing slip whether you want a refund or store credit. Please include this in your return package.
Exchanges:
